Nothing says indulgence like a classic Italian dessert, and this homemade strawberry tiramisu is no exception!
Layers of fluffy mascarpone cream, espresso-soaked ladyfingers, and juicy strawberries make for the ultimate dessert that will leave your taste buds singing.


1 lb. fresh strawberries, sliced
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup mascarpone cheese
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 cup strong brewed espresso or coffee
24 ladyfingers
Cocoa powder, for dusting


In a large mixing bowl, combine the heavy cream, mascarpone cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract. Beat with an electric mixer until the mixture becomes thick and creamy.
In a separate bowl, pour the espresso or coffee. Dip each ladyfinger into the coffee mixture, making sure to coat both sides.
In a 9×13 inch dish, arrange half of the soaked ladyfingers in a single layer. Spread half of the mascarpone cream mixture over the ladyfingers, then top with half of the sliced strawberries.

Repeat with another layer of soaked ladyfingers, mascarpone cream, and sliced strawberries.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.
Before serving, dust the top of the tiramisu with cocoa powder.
