Raspberry pie

Here’s what you’ll need:

2 1/2 cups of all-purpose flour
1 cup of unsalted butter
1/2 cup of cold water
1/2 cup of sugar
1/4 cup of cornstarch
1/4 cup of lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon of salt
4 cups of fresh raspberries

To make the pie crust, mix the flour and butter in a food processor until it forms coarse crumbs, then add water until the dough comes together.

Roll out the dough and place it in a pie dish.
For the filling, mix the sugar, cornstarch, lemon juice, and salt in a bowl, then add the raspberries and mix until they’re coated in the mixture.

Pour the filling into the pie crust.
Bake the pie at 375°F for 45-50 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the filling is bubbling.
