Who’s ready for some Pumpkin Crumb Cake? This recipe is the perfect way to get into the fall spirit!
1 box yellow cake mix
1 can (15 oz.) pumpkin puree
1/2 cup melted butter
1/4 cup milk
1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup flour
1/4 cup cold butter, cubed
Preheat your oven to 350°F.
In a large bowl, mix together the cake mix, pumpkin puree, melted butter, milk, eggs, and pumpkin pie spice until well combined.
Pour the mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
In a separate bowl, mix together the brown sugar, flour, and cold cubed butter until it resembles coarse crumbs.
Sprinkle the crumb mixture over the top of the pumpkin mixture in the baking dish.
Bake for 40-45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Let cool before slicing and serving
