- 2 cups heavy whipping cream

- 1 box (14 oz) graham crackers
- 3 cups fresh strawberries, sliced

- In a large bowl, beat the heavy whipping cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form.
- Spread a thin layer of the whipped cream mixture on the bottom of a 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Layer graham crackers on top of the whipped cream, breaking them into smaller pieces as needed to fit.

- Repeat layers of graham crackers, whipped cream, and strawberries until you reach the top of the dish.
- Cover the dish with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight.
