2 racks baby back ribs (about 3-4 lbs)
1 tablespoon smoked paprika
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon onion powder
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 cup BBQ sauce

Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).
In a small bowl, mix together the smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
Rub the spice mixture all over the baby back ribs, making sure to coat them evenly.
Wrap each rack of ribs tightly in aluminum foil and place them on a baking sheet.
Bake the ribs in the preheated oven for 2-2.5 hours or until they’re tender and fully cooked.
Remove the foil from the ribs and brush them with BBQ sauce.
Increase the oven temperature to 400°F (200°C) and bake for an additional 15-20 minutes or until the BBQ sauce is caramelized and sticky.
Let the ribs rest for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
