2 lbs chicken drumsticks
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 tablespoon smoked paprika
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon onion powder
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 cup buttermilk
1/4 cup hot sauce
Cooking spray
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and prepare a baking sheet with cooking spray.
In a shallow dish, mix together the flour, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
In another shallow dish, whisk together the buttermilk and hot sauce.
Dip each chicken drumstick into the buttermilk mixture, then coat with the seasoned flour mixture.
Place the chicken drumsticks on the prepared baking sheet, spacing them apart.
Spray the chicken drumsticks with cooking spray.
Bake for 40-45 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and crispy.
