Ready to give it a try?
1 cup water
1/2 cup unsalted butter
1/4 tsp salt
1 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1 tsp ground cinnamon
In a saucepan over medium heat, bring water, butter, and salt to a boil.
Add flour and stir until the mixture forms a ball.
Transfer the dough to a mixing bowl and let it cool for a few minutes.
Beat in the eggs, one at a time, until fully incorporated.
Preheat your air fryer to 370°F.
Scoop the churro dough into a piping bag or a plastic bag with a corner cut off.
Lightly spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray.
Pipe small pieces of dough into the air fryer basket, making sure to leave some space in between.
Cook for 6-8 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
Mix sugar and cinnamon in a bowl.
When the churro bites are done, toss them in the cinnamon sugar mixture to coat.
Serve and enjoy!
